INTRODUCING IZ*ONE
IZ*ONE (아이즈원) is a 12 member girl group produced on the 3rd season of the MNET survival show, Produce 101, titled Produce 48. This group consists of 9 Korean members and 3 Japanese members: Kwon Eunbi, Miyawaki Sakura, Kang Hyewon, Choi Yena, Lee Chaeyeon, Kim Chaewon, Kim Minju, Yabuki Nako, Honda Hitomi, Jo Yuri, An Yujin, and Jang Wonyoung. The fandom name for IZ*ONE is WIZ*ONE.
This group is meant to promote together for 2 years and 6 months, with their contract likely ending April 29, 2021. They debuted with the title track "La Vie en Rose" on October 29, 2018. Since then, they have had four comebacks: "Violeta", "Fiesta", "Secret Story of the Swan", and "Panorama".
Each member of the group comes from their own home company; however, IZ*ONE, as a group, is currently co-managed in Korea by OTR Entertainment and Swing Entertainment, both of which are subsidiaries of CJ ENM, and by Vernalossom, previously known as AKS, in Japan.
Currently, WIZ*ONEs around the world are campaigning to reboot IZ*ONE because of the unfair circumstances of their disbandment.

Before 'Produce 48'
Formerly of the disbanded group Ye-A, Kwon Eunbi needed to restart her career when her first group. To do this, she left her company and auditioned to different companies, eventually finding a home at Woollim Entertainment. However, she joined this company just a bit too late to join girl group, Lovelyz, and remained a trainee for quite some time. When she had heard about the Produce series, she was immediately interested in taking part, believing it would be her final chance. Eunbi knew that Produce 48 would likely become her final chance at debuting successfully.
During 'Produce 48'
On the show, she demonstrated incredible acts of leadership and selflessness, as well as her goofy charms. She was the oldest of the Woollim girls on the show and her goal was to help them and herself achieve their highest scores possible. Eunbi was popular with female viewers, presumably because of her leadership and older-sister-like qualities. Eunbi did well on Produce both with talent and with idol qualities, but her popularity was slowly declining. Despite this, the public loved her and she managed to be chosen for debut in project girl group IZ*ONE.
During IZ*ONE
Her role in the group is essential to maintaining harmony. She is responsible, taking her leadership role very seriously and taking care of business, respectful, taking care of all of the younger girls in IZ*ONE, and all while keeping the energy among the girls light and fun, making sure everyone is comfortable. Aside from her leadership skills, Eunbi is an outstanding dancer, amazing vocalist, being told that she should have debuted earlier with all of the skill she has, and she is very capable of producing and composing songs. She is part of a producing trio called 'Psycho Rabbit' which has produced two songs on IZ*ONE's discography.
Eunbi is an amazing leader, who is also incredibly talented, so I recommend keeping an eye on her.

Before 'Produce 48'
Miyawaki Sakura was born to be a celebrity, and she has been for a very long time; since she was about 13 years of age. She started her idol career as a Japanese idol in the massive conglomerate girl group AKB48 in the sub-group HKT48. There she honed her skills in the entertainment aspect of idolship, being a great variety show personality, knowing how to make fans feel happy, and how to be expressive on stage with great presence.
During 'Produce 48'
Sakura eventually found that she was not content with her talents as a performer. She wanted to get better at singing and dancing, so when the opportunity to join Produce 48 arose, she immediately was interested. On the show, Sakura was always ranked high, given that she was already a celebrity, but she wanted to prove that she can grow and become even better, to prove that she is worthy of her high rank. Sakura craved improvement and she sought after it, and with her time on the show, she improved tremendously, earning praise from the trainers, from the other trainees, and the public.
During IZ*ONE
As a member of IZ*ONE, Sakura has made strides in the development of her skills and talents, making the most of her time in Korea to improve her singing and dancing abilities, and even trying her hand at rapping occasionally. While in Korea, she has had the opportunity to write lyrics for the group, and translating Korean songs into Japanese versions. She's learned a lot as she's grown over her years as an IZ*ONE member and she will continue to grow as more years go by. Sakura has been able to prove herself worthy of being placed in A class with how quickly she has improved with all her hard work and effort, and with the help of the IZ*ONE members and the other supportive people in her life, she will continue to go very far.
Sakura is a talented individual who constantly wants to grow and to learn and her efforts shouldn't be taken for granted, so I recommend you support her!

Before 'Produce 48'
Before joining the Produce series, Kang Hyewon had some trouble finding a home at any one of the companies she joined, feeling that none of them were really a fit for her, or something happening that just barely prevented her from debuting. She continued her company hopping, never really being comfortable at any of the companies she joined, which gave her little opportunity to actually train her skills while shopping around for a company that suited her needs and desires. She eventually made her way into a company that she only trained for half a year with until she was scheduled to join MNET's new survival show Produce 48.
During 'Produce 48'
After Hyewon had joined the Produce series, she was notable for her outstanding visuals, but people had noticed her lack of adequate training until then. Despite that however, Hyewon took every opportunity she had to improve on the show. She went through many hardships, constantly being ridiculed and told she wasn't good enough, all while having to teach her fellow trainees who were Japanese and acted as a co-leader for Boombayah team 2. Although she had joined the show to be trained and to use it as a learning opportunity, she never really got to be trained and instead was one of the people doing the training for her teammates. She also tried her hand at writing rap lyrics for the first time on the show. The public appreciated and fell in love with her selfless, determined, and nurturing nature and she was eventually chosen as a member of IZ*ONE because of those qualities and her talent.
